Refund Policy

Payments made for broadband or IPTV plans are non-refundable once the service is activated, even if it is partially used.

If you choose to surrender your connection, a refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis for the unused days of your active plan (after deducting installation or device charges, if any).

If you have paid a security deposit for devices (like router or IPTV box), it will be refunded once the equipment is returned in good working condition.
