All plans, pricing, and offers are subject to change without prior notice. J-Connect is not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including power outages, customer equipment issues, or third-party service disruptions.

Our broadband plans come with unlimited data, but to ensure smooth service for all, extremely high usage may be managed to prevent network abuse.

Routers, IPTV boxes, or other devices provided by J-Connect remain company property unless purchased outright. Customers are responsible for keeping them safe and returning them if the service is discontinued.
